After hearing lots of interest in another option for breakfast in Waverly, EBD stepped up to the griddle and is now a month in to offering a made-from-scratch brunch every Sunday from 9-2!

Our kitchen management and staff has put their hearts into our brunch menu and you can tell! We offer everything you’d want for breakfast and later in the morning add in some of the EBD menu favorites for those of you that appreciate both the breakfast and the lunch that makes brunch just that, brunch!

Scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, french toast sticks, breakfast potatoes, prime-rib hash, sausage, bacon, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, waffles, and made-to-order omelettes are the breakfast staples you can find on the buffet. Individual desserts, chicken strips, mini corndogs, three cheese pasta, bbq pork, sliced prime-rib, cheesy mashed potatoes, baked cod bites, and chicken marsala have all made appearances on the lunch side of the buffet!

Our buffet is strictly breakfast until 11, and while breakfast foods continue until 2, we start adding in lunch fare around 11.

And, you cannot have a brunch buffet without bloody marys and mimosas – we did not forget those! For $10 on top of any adult buffet our 21+ diners can enjoy a cocktail with their meal! All of our buffet prices include a non-alcoholic beverage. We also offer a to-go brunch for $9.99 – we give you our large to-go box and you can make a pass through the buffet and take your brunch home with you!
