The EBD Born & Raised Burger is a 1/2lb Wagyu beef patty from Hansen’s Dairy topped with Hansen’s Dairy white cheddar cheese, heirloom lettuce from Genuine Faux Farm, & tomato – all served on a hamburger bun baked across the street at the Mixing Bowl.
